Distribution

Every invoice, order and new account, handled.

Supplier invoices checked line by line against the purchase order and what actually arrived. Orders by text, email and WhatsApp loaded into your ERP. New wholesale accounts validated before the first delivery.

Distribution operations

Sound familiar?

Paying for what never arrived

Invoices are approved on the total. Short deliveries, prices above the agreed list and repeated charges go through.

Orders typed by hand

Every customer orders their own way. Someone retypes it into the ERP against thousands of SKUs, before the cutoff.

New accounts by email

Resale certificates, registry checks and credit reviews chased across inboxes while the customer waits.

Already solved in distribution.

Real clients, real problems. We don’t name them here; the numbers are theirs.

Invoice Control

The problem

Supplier invoices approved against an ERP that checks totals, not lines. The same product named one way by the vendor, another on the PO and another on the invoice.

How it runs today

  1. 1Every invoice PDF read line by line by a deterministic reader.
  2. 2Purchase orders and goods receipts pulled from the ERP.
  3. 3Names linked by product code, then invoice × PO × receipt checked on every line.
  4. 4Only the differences go to purchasing, each with its evidence.

AI Orders

The problem

Customer orders arriving by email in each customer's own words, typed into the ERP by hand against the catalog.

How it runs today

  1. 1The agent recognizes the customer and reads the order.
  2. 2Each customer has their own model that learns from their history.
  3. 3The order is drafted in the ERP; a person reviews only the doubtful lines.

Questions we hear in distribution.

Our ERP already does three-way match. What's different?
Most ERPs match the total within a tolerance. We check every line against its PO line and its receipt, including invoices that arrive as PDFs in email or supplier portals.
Do we have to change how customers order?
No. Customers keep ordering by text, email, WhatsApp or phone. The agent turns it into an order in your ERP, and a person reviews only the doubtful lines.
Where do we start?
Usually with supplier invoices: it's where the money is and it's measurable from the first month. Orders and new accounts come next on the same platform.
What does our team still do?
They review the exceptions, each with its evidence, and approve what the rules send them. Nothing is paid or ordered on a guess.

Pricing

Our pricing has one rule.
It costs less than the problem.

No price list, because no two operations are the same. If the numbers don’t work for you, we’ll be the first to say it.
