Privacy Policy

3way.ai is finalising its public privacy policy ahead of general availability. The document will cover what personal data we collect from visitors and customers, the legal basis for processing it, how long it is retained, with whom it is shared, and how to exercise your rights under GDPR and CCPA.

For any question about the data we hold about you, how it is used, or to request access, correction or deletion, write to us at privacy@3way.ai. We respond within five working days.

What this website collects today

Visits. We measure visits and how the page is used (for example, which demo was played or which industry was chosen) with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and reports only aggregated data; we do not use advertising trackers.

Voice calls with our AI assistant. If you start a call from “Talk to us”, the call is recorded and transcribed so our team can follow up, and a short summary of what you told us (your company, role, the process you described and your contact details, if you share them) is generated automatically. Calls run on Retell AI, our voice provider, which processes the audio on our behalf. Your microphone is used only while the call is active. Please don’t share passwords, card numbers, health or other sensitive information during the call.

Meeting requests. If you book a meeting, the details you enter are handled by the scheduling tool you see on screen.

To ask for a copy of your call recording or transcript, or to have it deleted, write to privacy@3way.ai.
