Terms of Service

3way.ai is finalising its terms of service ahead of general availability. The document will set out the acceptable use of the platform, the licence we grant to customers, limitations of liability, service levels, confidentiality, and the governing law of the agreement.

In the meantime

Pilot and commercial engagements are governed by a bilateral agreement signed with each customer. For a copy of the current pilot MSA or to discuss a procurement review, write to legal@3way.ai.
